Ten Dollar Thursday

After tempting everyone (mostly myself) with all of the beautifully expensive pieces below, I thought I’d give a shout out to the better, cheaper things in life. These are the items you don’t mind wearing and washing over and over again because they only cost you the price of a cocktail. I am challenging myself to find one fabulous item each Thursday that won’t cost you more than one Alexander Hamilton.

The first great find is this blouse at the always wonderfully priced H&M. I can assure you first hand this piece does not look like I only spent $9.95. I’ve gotten lots of compliments and it goes with everything. It also comes in a print, if you’re looking for something a little less formal. For me, it’s a perfect addition to my intern wardrobe.

I can’t wait to try it out with a black blazer and pair of red pants just like Whitney Port above. It’s all the rage in Paris. Très jolie.
